Power Part Service Warranty
AL BEAM parts products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a claim being required, our guarantee will indemnify the purchaser for the following costs associated with repairing:
- Travel
- Labor
- Materials
- Related engine damage caused by the initial failure.
The BEAM parts warranty does not cover the purchaser (or a third party) for consequential costs such as:
- Hire of replacement equipment
- Towing
- Overtime payments.
BEAM will not accept liability where parts have been altered, maintained, stored, or serviced in a manner not following published recommendations or good practice.
Generator Warranty

- Spares Support: We have dedicated spare parts division headed by a Senior Manager and his staff 20 men. We have two warehouses with a total area of 3000 m2 with a stock of > 15 millions, our offices are in Bin Omran Infront of BEIN sports, and another one located in Industrial area @ Street 10, new industrial area. Almost all consumable, running & critical spares are always available for all ranges of generators. We request once again you to visit our stores at any time. Any critical break down spares, if not available in stock at that point time, would be arranged immediately through courier from our international suppliers.
- After sales support services. The workshop facility in Industrial area, street 10 is spread over 3000m2 with all required infrastructure to service & repair generators of all capacities and makes. We have 7 qualified, trained, experienced and competent service engineers & 23 mechanical and electrical technicians to provide after sales support round the clock. We also have a Hotline – 30030060. The following after sales activities are carried out by our service division round the clock.
